Everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they presented us some small gifts and upgraded the room for free. The meals we had was excellent, with the best ingredients and service. Onsen was amazing, comfortable and private. Absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing. Also our ryokan (called Mokuren) was a nice villa with private indoor and outdoor onsen options. Beds super comfortable and a fair amount of space in general. Wasn’t the traditional style but more of a modern twist

The place is very welcoming and cozy. The staff is super attentive and helpful. The room is equipped with 3 onsen baths which are fantastic. Breakfast and dinner are excellent and allowing to experience the variety of Japanese cuisine (though the amount of food is really really huge).

Boasting a spa bath, Yufuin Yufusaryo is situated in Yufu. Each accommodation at the 3-star ryokan has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot spring bath.

It was lovely and perfect to stay here!!!!! We were 4 of us, Grandma, mummy, and 2 kids. The room was super clean, neat, spacious and quiet. Private bath has big windows so it's almost like open air. Hot spring water is so good. There's small but beautiful Zen garden which is very well managed. The host is very kind :) And there is Convenient store in 5-7 walk distance.

Our second visit, this time with our children. The onsen is our absolute favourite - peaceful wooded location with stunning food and impeccable service. The private onsen are fantastic with the large hilltop one a pinch-me moment. You won’t regret if you book.

The staff who came out to meet us and carried our luggage as soon as we parked in the parking lot, and those who helped with our luggage when we left and saw us off until we left the parking lot, were all very kind. The room was spotless and nice. The private open-air bath attached to my room provided a fantastic solo hot spring experience, and the quality of the spring water was so good that it made my skin silky smooth.
