We arrived at hotel very early morning. The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. The hotel is close to the train and bus stations. The room is bigger than the standard in Japan, making it comfortable and pleasant. Considering the hotel's proximity to 2 main streets, there was no noise during the night. Everything was clean and the check-in and out were very smooth. Highly recommended!

Intercontinental Yokohama Grand is one of those places that I thought I’d never go simply because it looks to good to be true. Once I booked, I was very excited to stay really close to the Park, the Minatomirai Station and just enjoy Yokohama with an amazing view from my hotel window. It was amazing. The room was perfectly cleaned, staff was helpful with everything that we needed and, again, the location is simply incredible. Everything is around you. The price isn’t inflated, in my opinion. I’ve seen hotels charge a lot more and offer a lot less.
