2 staff Ono and Ozaki went above and beyond expectations. I bought two tickets to K Arena next door but I could not download the tickets on the E Plus Ap becuase it was in Japanese and my Canadian phone # was not acceptable. I believe they even used their own personal phone. Much gratitude and appreciation!!

The hotel is close to the train and bus stations. The room is bigger than the standard in Japan, making it comfortable and pleasant. Considering the hotel's proximity to 2 main streets, there was no noise during the night. Everything was clean and the check-in and out were very smooth. Highly recommended!

Intercontinental Yokohama Grand is one of those places that I thought I’d never go simply because it looks to good to be true. Once I booked, I was very excited to stay really close to the Park, the Minatomirai Station and just enjoy Yokohama with an amazing view from my hotel window. It was amazing. The room was perfectly cleaned, staff was helpful with everything that we needed and, again, the location is simply incredible. Everything is around you. The price isn’t inflated, in my opinion. I’ve seen hotels charge a lot more and offer a lot less.

An amazing hotel just outside of Tokyo, perfect for families looking for quieter area than the main city but easily accessible to Tokyo. Staff are beyond helpful, breakfast is amazing!! We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the train station and shopping center yet quiet. The staff was very accommodating, especially Ms. Tomomi Murata, who helped us find the most economical way to travel from Haneda to Narita. The breakfast was superb, the room was spacious and cleaned daily I will choose this hotel again when I visit Tokyo.
