I liked the location, the amenities ( bath salts, facial creams and lotions, drip coffee y self heating eye mask(!)). My room was on a 10th floor and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice size ( bigger then other business hotels). There is a supermarket and a konbini right by the hotel. The Kannai station is good to reach on foot. Everything was great!

Great location: ~5 min walk from Sakurachigo JR station, only one stop from JR Yokohama station; wonderful rooms, acceptable pricing, most helpful and friendly reception staff.
Free coffee and tea, and at times small snacks in a charming corner of the lobby. Self-service laundry - clean, easy to use; well equipped lounges on the top floors, which are slightly higher priced, with free drinks and snacks from 17:00 - 21:00.
There is marginal noise from trains passing by, not ideal, but acceptable for most people.

I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a corner room at the end of the corridor, made me happy. The room was modern, clean, functional, with stylish warm-dark toned design. What I like the most was that the room had a proper desk space (as well as a mini sofa and a coffee table), as some hotels only have 'fashionable' small side tables in their rooms but I prefer having a good sized desk even when I don't 'work' during my stay. Also, a kettle worked as a pot that keeps the hot water temperature (not just boiling water) was handy.
I booked in the last minutes, and it was very low priced, so I didn't expect that much to be honest, but the whole stay here turned out wonderful. Excellent location, very comfy room, great staff, plus check out by 11:00. I have no hesitation to recommend this place for both business and pleasure.
