The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was large with western beds, with the option of futons. The tea in the room was great. The view was fantastic. The private onsen was great, clean, relaxing, and with an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast was good, and there was a lot of it.
The place is in a great spot, just a few minutes walk from Yudanaka Station.

Everything was truly amazing, we were in Japan 3 times, but this experience was the best!
The owners were so kind and caring, it could be seen in little details and overall.
The building was gorgeous, our room was traditional but at the same time very comfortable and had modern facilities.
Local private onsen is just another topic of conversation! Very cozy, beautiful and unique.
Dinner and breakfast were wonderful, delicious and served with soul.
We were able to take some pictures in this hotel and in the end the owner even gave us a souvenir!
I would recommend it from the bottom of my heart 💔

This was the highlight of our trip so far. A real hidden gem. The private onsen was beautiful and the traditional dinner is not to be missed.

The couple who runs the place were so nice and friendly. On top of shuttling us to the monkey park, they loaned us rubber boots to wear for the hike up because it was pretty muddy at the time. Our room on the fourth floor had its own bath and a balcony with a view, and the futons we slept on were super comfortable. There’s an onsen in the building and a public one outside not too far away, and we made full use of both! I especially liked the variety of yukata patterns we could choose. Upon checkout, we were given a cute five yen coin ribbon charm to take home ☺️

Really nice traditional Japanese guest house. The woman taking care of it was very nice and cooks really good Japanese food. It included entrance to Yudanaka onsen every day
We highly recommend it:)

Amazing property with even more amazing staff.
We stayed for two night during our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
It was an authentic yet luxurious Ryokan. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotless and it even had its own onsen. The food was exceptional and the staff was very well trained and extremely friendly. Highly recommended this hotel and would love to go back on day.
