Wonderful location and the friendliest and most servicial staff of the 5 hotels I went on my stay in Japan. The rooms were pristine, spacious (we were five guests) and I even forgot some souvenirs on the hotel, they immediately reached out to me and we’re in the process of getting them back!

This hotel was the perfect way to end our trip, the rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable and it's pretty close to the train to the airport.
The staff was also amazing, some of the most helpful we've met in the trip.

Really close to Ueno and Asakusa around 20 minute walk in a straight line, all flat land so easy to walk. Room was really cute and spacious for 3 girls that love to shop :) the Cafe downstairs that under the same company? workers are helpful and kind, even though they aren't the hotel workers. Family mart, 7Eleven, Ministop around 5 minutes walk away. Roads are quiet and not busy at all, roads are wide enough to easily call uber too. Donki 20 mins walk away or a less than 5 minute drive thats open 24/7 was helpful for an emergency 3am shop. seperate rooms allowed us to have our own space but also come together for takeouts and hangouts in living room/dining table. We had 10 suitcases and there was more than enough space

Very well furnished and equipped with all necessities! There’s even laundry detergent and hangers provided! A family mart just a few steps away. Comfortable bed and extra bed was also comfortable.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were so clean complete amenities, if only we brought some can goods or went to grocery stories, my fathers wants to cook something. Microwave is so helpful. Automatic Laundry (thumbs up) super helpful. I think three blocks away from lawson or family mart.
