This is without a doubt the most perfect hotel I’ve stayed at in recent years of traveling. The room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a very comfortable stay. All amenities and towels were fully provided—and there was even a washing machine, which was especially convenient for longer stays. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel truly at home from the moment we checked in.
The location is excellent—very convenient for getting to Tokyo Station or Disneyland—and surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. We were so happy to have spent four nights here; this amazing stay truly made our Tokyo trip even more memorable 💖.
If I ever return to Tokyo, I will absolutely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the city!

Staff politeness and helpfulness. Fantastic view of Sumida River. My wife lost her handphone while we were on the taxi ride from airport to a local attraction, only realised three hours later. After which we checked into our hotel around 6pm. We asked the staff if they could help us find her phone. Luckily I kept the taxi receipt, and the staff promptly called the taxi operator and within minutes she was able to locate the driver. And my wife got back her handphone at around 8pm! Other than that, the staff also help us arrange the luggage delivery. Everything went very smoothly for us!

Location is great as its close to Tukijii Market my family enjoys it very much. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel since market is close by and there are lots of Ramen shop. Short walk to Ginza is a plus. Subway is only a few minutes away. We would definitely stay here again
