The room was spotless, nestled in a quiet street, clearly a higher end neighbourhood compared to the more tourist centric areas. Location was great as it was a 5-7min walk to the Hatchobori station. Many konbinis (7-11, family mart etc) nearby but only found the Rico’s supermarket on our last day, worth going as its slightly cheaper. Conpact room with adequate facilities for our family of 4.

The staff here are amazing and super helpful. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Table and chairs were available to eat fresh seafood purchased at the fish market around the corner. Short walking distance to bus stop and train station with all the convenience stores nearby.

Brilliant room with Japanese style drawing space, alongside comfortable bedspace. Washroom was spacious too. Clean and beautiful with a little balcony to ourselves as well. We loved it.

Really great value for money. 4 of us stayed- we have adult children. The double sink in the bathroom was great. The extra door at the front ensured that we could have further quiet.
No noise from the lift or any traffic at all. The amenities are also fantastic.
Only a 7-minute walk from Tsukiji Subway Station, Ginza Creston offers guestrooms with Sumida River or city views and hotel-wide free WiFi. All rooms are located between the 33rd and 38th floor.

The hotel is situated by the river not so close to the metro but still not far away. You can walk to the Ginza part of the city. Rooms are on the high floors so you have the most amazing view ever. Shockingly beautiful and this is the biggest asset of the hotel. Rooms are big enough but it could be renovated as soon as possible. The bed is very comfortable, rooms are clean, staff is very polite and nice (like everybody else in Japan). Everything is very nice but the view is something that it is worth every single cent you pay. Totally recommend it.

The staff was super kind, the hotel was modern, all new, the room was super, position near tokyo station so good to go everywhere. Also not expensive at all, happy hour at 500 yen. What else? My best stay in japan!

Everyone was so helpful at the hotel. I loved the jinbei - I would have liked to have purchased it :-) The location was amazing, perfect for the trade fair at Tokyo Big Sight, fantastic for the Tsukiji MArket and well connected transport wise for investigating the amazing city that is Japan. All in all it was a really positive experience at the hotel.
