Check in and check out was really easy. Staff were really friendly. Some toiletries were available in reception. Breakfast was lovely! Loved the pastries. Room was clean and well laid out. Easy walk from the station.

The best thing was the location - a 2 minute walk to Jimbocho subway station and a 5 minute walk to Kudanshita subway station. Gives access to all the best subway lines, but also things like Imperial Palace and Yasukuni shrine are walkable. What was fantastic about the hotel was the room size compared to others in Japan, as well as the amenities and the service. The staff were lovely and the eco- friendly room service was perfect. The wi-fi was great, as were basic things like the fridge and kettle and everything I needed. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay and can't recommend it highly enough.

Stay at the hotel was a pleasure. Room was quite small but had everything that needed including the adapter (mine was broken so I was very surprised and happy I didn’t have to buy a new one). Also hotel suggested free tea, coffee, shampoos and other facilities at the first floor. Room was also quiet with a comfortable bed.

Richmond Hotel Tokyo Suidobashi is located just a 2-minute walk to Tokyo Dome and Tokyo Dome City Attractions. JR Suidobashi Station and Suidobashi Subway Station are located within a 10-minute walk.

All we needed inside, although a little bit narrow but it didn't really matter as we spent most of our time outside. Commodities, cleanliness, nothing really to complain about. And staff is very helpful, polite and kind.
