The staff are the most helpful ever (and saying that in the hospitable Japan is something). The room's spotless clean and comfy. The location is fantastic as it is right next to the underground with lines connecting to broad areas of Tokyo, we don't know why more people don't come to this area, it is quiet and peaceful and very nice.

The best thing was the location - a 2 minute walk to Jimbocho subway station and a 5 minute walk to Kudanshita subway station. Gives access to all the best subway lines, but also things like Imperial Palace and Yasukuni shrine are walkable. What was fantastic about the hotel was the room size compared to others in Japan, as well as the amenities and the service. The staff were lovely and the eco- friendly room service was perfect. The wi-fi was great, as were basic things like the fridge and kettle and everything I needed. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay and can't recommend it highly enough.

We had a Premium Floor Room, so the View was spectacular and for the Breakfast we could go to the Rooftop Restaurant and had a great Breakfast and not to much people, so it was very quiet. The Location is amazing, little Shopping Center next to you and a big Onsen to relax.

The room was clean and practical, the staff friendly and helpful, the location of the room was exactly what we wanted (right into the Jimbocho book town). Convenience stores are close and the overall neighborhood around is cute and peaceful. Metro stations are in a close walking distance. After booking we received an email, informing us that there will be some construction works in the surrounding area and there might be noises and vibrations, although our stay wasn't affected at all (thank you for being so thoughtful).
