Clean and comfortable, good amenities, and the hotel staff was very helpful. Their elevator was broken but they carried my suitcase up all the stairs! Room was small but efficiently spaced to have room to open my suitcase.

Host: Very friendly person, also very helpful if you have any questions about Japan.
Airport pick-up/drop-off: available and worth it! After a long flight, the last thing I wanted to do was to commute into the city-his luxury minivan was very comfortable. Also when catching an early flight out, this can let me catch a 45 mins nap before my flight.
Location: located less than a km from the Okubo train station, this location can let you have a restful night but not live too far outside any metropolitan area.
Space: first impression was very clean, has a mini kitchen area, separated bathroom and toilet. A comfortable twin bed.
QOverall: if I ever were to visit Tokyo, I’d definitely rent from them again.

Pretty close to subway station and reception service was very good.One of the staff can speak Chinese, they were kind-hearted who gave us knife for eating watermelon and helping us to find a Taxi in hot day noon o(≧v≦)o！Stuff was quite adequate such as kitchen tissue.Highly surprised me and also highly recommended!

We had the sauna room which was a very enjoyable experience at the end of a long walking day. Brand new facilities - very clean. About a 10 to 15 minute walk from Shinjuku Train Station.

The Host of this sweet place is very helpful, friendly and pleasant. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, you will not expect in this large city, tiny houses and gardens, but close to a lot of very good restaurants. Easy to go with the subway. Close to the pulsing shinjuku and Shibuya. Markets close. We had a kitchen with tea and coffee! So nice! Very recommended!!
