The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped. The staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful and friendly! What is also nice is that there is a 'happy hour' where you can get free drinks in the lobby. There is also free candy/ice cream. I only stayed for one night but I would have been happy to have this as a base for a stay in Tokyo.

When making the reservation, we mentioned that we hoped to be arranged a quieter room with a view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel was very considerate and made arrangements for us, giving our vacation a pleasant surprise. As a hotel in the prime area of Tokyo, the room was spacious and the location is very convenient. It is close to Ginza and the subway station. There are several 24hrs convenience store downstairs and there is also a direct airport bus, which was very convenient. The only regret was that I didn't have the chance to enjoy the free access to lounge service this time. I will definitely come back next time.

I had stayed for 4 nights. Location is Very close to the Tokyo tower and the railway stations are also 10-15 minutes walking distance. They also provide the luggage transfer facility throughout Japan, you just have to inform them about it in advance while you’re checking in. The rooms are very clean and the staff is available 24/7 at the desk , incase you need any help.
