The facilities are excellent, the beds are very comfortable and the views of the city are really nice. The location is great with easy access to the train/subway station. Totally recommend and will definitely come back. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Everything was perfect. We stayed in a beautiful corner room which was spacious with good sized bathroom. Shower was amazing and bath as well. First I thought the bed was too hard but after a few nights I realized it was just a perfect bed for me! :) This was also the first hotel that provided us a separate bin for baby diapers without asking! Bravo! There are many stores within walking distance such as 7-11, Lawson, My Basket etc…

The entire stay was spacious and clean. The bathroom was immaculate and the staff were very friendly and helpful too. The area was quiet as were the rooms without unnecessary lights. The gym was also much better than I was expecting it to be.

Excellent location! The hotel is close to two different stations, just a 10-15 minute walk to Shimbashi underground station. We were pleasantly surprised that we could also walk to Ginza in about 10 minutes. While you can’t see Tokyo Tower directly from the hotel, it is visible from the surrounding area. The room is comfortable, though a bit small for a family of three with luggage, but the washing facilities on the 12th floor are excellent. The hotel is modern, clean, and serves very tasty coffee. A great place to stay for a couple of days when visiting Tokyo.
