Absolutely gorgeous decor and the views are phenomenal. The staff are bilingual and are beyond helpful when it comes to helping with luggage and calling a cab. The amenities are some of the nicest I have seen in the trip.

Great location, modern newly built hotel, perfectly clean, with nice rooms with lots of space for Tokyo standards. The washing machine was very handy because we didn't have to go somewhere to wash our clothes during the trip. The hotel has free saunas for guests to use. Very kind people working at the reception desk. Truly nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Cleanliness, comfort, efficient staff, proximity and access to the Yamanote Line are the five star pointers in our review list. The housekeeping, bell service and front desk personnel deserve a good shout out of thanks for their very efficient work. We felt their utmost care and respect in our entire 11 nights’ stay. We also felt so relieved coming from and going back to the Narita airport as the Airport Limousine Bus made the otherwise worrisome trip seamless and efficiently managed. We are back home in Manila now, yet a big part of our I-Miss-Tokyo moments include a bit of I-miss-Dai-ichi sigh. Thanks again to the awesome team behind Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo!

Very kind staff !! Kept us comfortable during our stay, the have a stand holding toiletries at the front of the hotel + facial cleanser + toner ! Super clean and comfortable rooms although they were abit small! Very close to transport (shimbashi station,Daimon station and Hamamatsucho station all roughly 10-12 min walk) a 7/11, family mart and a Lawson super close by !!

Everything was as high standards as it gets. This was a 1 star hostel that provided us with a service of excelence. Food during the day, a drink and a ice cream everyday, massage chairs, sauna, and much more. Every worker was super helpful. Great experience.
