The host was warm and accomodating. The rooms were incredibly comfortable. The showers had brilliant water pressure. The location was ideal, 8min walk to the station where you can catch the Shibuya-Shinjuku line but the neighbourhood was calm.

We had a beautiful Japanese style room with lots of space and everything we needed included. The beds were softer than in other hotels which was perfect for me, and there was a selection of pillows to cater for different needs. The Japanese breakfast was delicious. The hotel is locted a short walk uphill from Shinagawa station. (At the time of our visit, construction was going on at the station area and the hotel shuttle bus did not stop in front of the station, which was not a problem for us). The hotel garden was beautifully illuminated at night.
Due to location and the overall standard in the hotel which was excellent, I will most certainly stay at this hotel again when going back to Tokyo.
