- Good location to 3 malls and Shibuya station. Walk for 2mins to the overhead bridge and that bridge connects to Shibuya Stream mall, Shibuya Scramble Square Mall and Shibuya Station.
- Room size was decent in its class. Bed was exceptionally comfortable to sleep in! Amenities were good too. Bathtub is good.
- Hotel staff was friendly and service was good. Allowed for early checking when they can.
Also when I was calling the taxi, the driver spoke in Japanese so the staff helped to speak to the driver for me.
- Breakfast was good! Decent variety but quality. The Japanese dishes were delicious.

The view is amazing, better than I expected. Not only do you get the view of the scramble crossing but you can also see the Sky Tree and Tokyo tower. Both look amazing during the day and at night. Room is very clean and comfortable bed. Rainfall shower with shower-head and a nice deep bathtub for those who like to relax after long day of shopping around Shibuya. Be sure to get the breakfast as its amazing on the 11th floor restaurant.

Location es great for last days in Tokyo. You get to be near every store to do your last- minute shopping, specially since Mega Don Quijote is just right away. Room was quite spacious and shower and bathroom were great! It just opened on December 2024 so everything seems quite new. Make sure to download ASR app and create a profile, you can use the app as a virtual key for the room, plus you get to have one more hour to check out.

The room was quirky and the bathroom was nice as we had a large jacuzzi bath. The place was comfortable and we were able to get Netflix on the TV for at night time / in the morning. The staff were so friendly and the location was spot on!
