I like the service staff in the hotel. Friendly and respectful to all my needs.
- I decided to checkout and complete my trip around shiba until the evening time, the staff protected all my luggages in a safe in the lobby. Also, me with my sisters wanted to pray , the staff were respecting my religion and open one of the formal room for us to pray twice time in the same day of check out.
I highly recommend this hotel for everyone

Super convenient location. Short walk to local bakery, cafe, convenience stores and the train station. Just one train ride away from Tokyo station and the JR Shinkansen. Staff was incredibly kind and spoke good English. We will definitely be coming back again and recommending this branch specially. 🤍

Exceptional hotel where every single hotel staff communicated with me with a smile on their face. It can really make someone's day. Best group of hospitality staff I've met so far.
First hotel where the reception staff also personally brought me up to my room and showed me around.
The first hotel in Tokyo I've stayed at that has both Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Bay views on each side.
The window in the room was also really huge so you have a wide angled view. Interior design was also very well done.
I've had dinner at Sushi Migiwa, and I was moved to the lounge for dessert where I could sit there as long as I wanted to enjoy the views of Tokyo Bay.
The breakfast provided was splendid as well. Food portions provided were very generous and delicious - with free flow juices, milk and bread.
Very nice lobby where guests can chill at after check out before heading to the airport.

Very close to multiple train lines and access to the Shinkansen was great, also very close to Tokyo Tower and other attractions, very conveniently located to shopping and dining, would definitely recommend this accommodation to base yourself if you are looking at exploring Tokyo.

Very clean. Good location but not the best since this neighborhood is not crowded and Shoppingcenter as Shibuya for example. We asked for not front road room and they were happy to do so. There is no 4 walls outside the room (like lobby) I don't mind but maybe for other people it matter
