For the awesome location and price. Room is great size for myself and our 5 years old son. Also given that we are out in the morning till late. So there is no point in paying big money on hotel. Most important it is the location of hotel and the convenience and accessibility to everything/ everywhere around it. Bonus: the hotel has coin laundry!

Breakfast was fine, not the best I've seen but was up to the task. The rooms were small but diligently clean and with all the amenities you might need. Staff were amazingly helpful and the location was close to almost everything tokyo, specially tokyo tower.

Impeccable service, food, and great location. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed in the king room with city view and it did not disappoint! We requested firm pillows and the staff brought up 2 options of firm pillows. The room had ambient lighting to sleep comfortably in. We ordered room service for our dinner, and for our breakfast the next morning. The location was close to a wonderful bakery across the street, there was a 7-11 around the corner and had we been in the mood to bus it to Shibuya scramble walk, it is only a 250m walk or three minutes to walk to Roppongi station to get there. In my next visit to Japan, I'd really like to learn basic Japanese language to better communicate. The staff at Grand Hyatt Tokyo was well-versed in English, but I feel I could make more effort to make communication easier too.
