Rooms were small but well equipped. Hotel is nicer and modern with a beautiful roof top deck. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location is close to Terminal 3 via monorail. Also located by another train line for access to Tokyo. The room is a bit tight but nothing to complain about. Lovely view from our room. Bed was very comfortable and had a great sleep. Would stay here again for sure.

For an airport hotel this is pretty special. The onsen on roof is great. You can also go there from the cheaper Villa Fontaine (non-Premier) next door but I believe there is some kind of charge. The location is super because it's attached to a part of the aiport with lots of restaurants so plenty of options for supper if you don't fancy going far.

Exceptional stay at this hostel. Bed was amazing with premium bedding, fast wifi, hot showers, fully equipped kitchen to cook, gourmet free coffee, ideal location upon arriving or departing for the airport. It was very quiet during the day so I was able to get work done on my laptop. Be mindful that the office is locked in the afternoon (there is a lovely park nearby where I waited for my check-in). For western travelers, please know that rooms in Japan are small (this hostel seems to be a home converted to a hostel). Noise was not an issue but for a fellow American traveler with his loud mouth.

T-mark are professional and extremely helpful. The Hotel is in a really good location which is very close to a railway station about half way between Tokyo and Yokohama. It is also in close proximity to Haneda Airport.

It is a great place to stay. The house is near both JR station & Keikyū Kamata station and within a walking range. It can be accessed easily from the airport. There is a supermarket just in Keikyū Kamata station, and have the convenient stores near by. The house is warm & clean, and has everything you need. The kitchen and bathroom are well prepared. And it is convenient to have a big table in the living room. The house is located in the residential area, so you can enjoy a well rest after a busy trip of the day.
It will be much better to have a drying machine.
Definitely deserve a high recommendation.
