The location is perfect! We thought we were gonna be awake from all the noise of the streets of Shinjuku, but we didnt hear a thing really! 7/11 and Familmsrt are around the corner, and stations are easy to reach!

The location was superb!!! In the heart of Shinjuku. The room had a nice bathroom and all of the amenities were available, also fresh towels every day. The godzilla head was very cool to see from close by!

The front desk staff is professional and friendly, and conversing with them in English poses no significant challenge. Daily room cleaning service is perfect. The accommodation is clean, serene, and sufficiently spacious for two occupants. Between a similar price range, Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku would be my top preference.

Breakfast was lovely. Staff were incredibly helpful. Location is great, right near a metro station as well as shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Right near a main road so felt very safe walking by myself at all times.
