Location es great for last days in Tokyo. You get to be near every store to do your last- minute shopping, specially since Mega Don Quijote is just right away. Room was quite spacious and shower and bathroom were great! It just opened on December 2024 so everything seems quite new. The location is amazing! 10min walk from Shibuya station, 10min from Harajuku (heaven for food). The shopping area is right next door. SPA which is open late into night was life saviour after long walks in Tokyo! The staff were very helpful, but they can improve their English a bit. Breakfast was great, would suggest more options when it comes to coffee. Bus station for Shinjuku 1 min away. Overall a really nice place to stay in Tokyo if you like a buzz

I loved the amenities provided at the reception, how clean it was (I stayed at an all female floor and I heard on the mixed one sometimes is not as great but thats on the guests I guess), how friendly the staff was, the common space and the location (it was really close to everything in Shibuya). extra one for those who get it.... the water pressure in the showers was incredible!
