The location was perfect! Also, the style of the hotel . The best thing were the amenities! It’s a dream :) also you can enter to the store through reception, really cool. However, it’s basic service with no mini bar or additional things like this. Said this, I will totally recommend the hotel for a stay in Tokyo.

The hotel is amazing. It’s beautiful, super clean and luxurious. The location is perfect, in Ginza, surrounded by shops, restaurants and transport. The best part about this hotel is the staff. From the front door to the breakfast staff, to the housekeeping teams and everyone else. They are all so friendly, helpful and make you feel like a princess. Breakfast is delicious, beautiful restaurant, cozy and lot’s of options. Loved it!

From the time we went in thru the door the reception area and staff were beautiful, helpful, polite. Went out of their way to organise excursions, taxis, rang our next stop to ask our queries for us and their English was perfect.
Would recommend this place to all couples and small families.
