The room is spacious for Tokyo standards and the bathroom was big. The room is equipped with everything, even coffee machine with nespresso capsules. The personal in the hotel was super nice and even brought our suitcases to our room before we arrived. Even our kid got a pyjama, welcome kit and small toy as a gift. The location is good, just 5 minutes walk from downtown Ginza.

Brilliant room with Japanese style drawing space, alongside comfortable bedspace. Washroom was spacious too. Clean and beautiful with a little balcony to ourselves as well. We loved it.

Japanese chain hotel with very small but clean and well-laid out room in excellent location in upscale Ginza. We were very surprised about the wonderful breakfast and the beautiful onsen. The free late night ramen was an extra perk. As this was our last night before departing, we appreciated the short walk to the subway which took us directly to Haneda airport.
