Great location, delicious breakfast, and lovely souvenirs-slippers, snacks can take home! And most of all great help from receiption team, staffs help me call my hotel in fuji mountain, and gave me instructions how to lake kawaguchi. Room was very clean and comfortable. It is very spacious compared to any other hotel you can get in Tokyo. Location was convenient and you can walk to multiple station lines.
Loved staying here and the owners were very friendly and accommodating! I would happily stay here again anytime I come to Tokyo!

The staff is so polite and friendly. They made us feel at home. Bed is comfortable and locations is spot on, very close to many restaurants and cafés as well as a metro station and Tokyo train station. Our room was cleaned everyday and was always spotless. Shower is very good also. Breakfast absolutely delicious and with a nice view!
