The hotel is very well located and convenient for exploring the city, having a meal or shopping. It is located on the top floors of Muji flagship store in Ginza. There is a bus stop of Narita Airport Bus, just around the corner, which is very convenient for arrival/departures.
Rooms are on the small side, by Western standards, but standard by Japanese. A lot of wood is used in the interior design which makes it a nice place to relax in a big city full of concrete and glass. All standard amenities are provided, including Muji cosmetics for face cleaning and moisturising. Coffee machine with capsules in the room.
The breakfast was quite nice. While not including lots of items there was a good quality selection of both Japanese and Western foods. The breakfast area is used as a lounge for hotel guests between 16:00 to 21:00. It is convenient after coming back from city exploration to stop there for a drink or snack.

The hotel is an absolute 10! Except for breakfast, everything was perfect. The quality of service offered by staff was second to none. Very comfortable room with every possible amenity you might expect. Also perfectly located right next to the Imperial Gardens and in a great location to explore.

The Onsen/Spa area was very relaxing and exactly what was needed after a long day exploring Tokyo. We also loved the daily ramen, which was available in the evening, was yummy and became instantly our part of our evening routine.
The entire hotel is lovely, very very clean, stuff is super friendly and helpful and just every part of this hotel is well thought through.
