Perfect location close to the metro station with direct access to the airport, walkable distance from Tokyo main station. Lots of shops and food options in the area. The hotel has an amazing atmosphere with the traditional rooms and beds while you have all the modern amneties you would need. Staff is nice, friendly, helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Everything! Fourth time in this hotel and my partner and I never get tired of it. It has everything and with an exquisite taste. Not only that, the staff is super friendly, helpful and kind. We sent this time our luggage through an internal courier from Kyoto. When we arrived in the hotel they had already placed our luggage in the room. Also the hotel is super well connected with Narita Airprot via the limousine bus that leaves from the Airport City Terminal. It has a stop just 5 minutes walk distance from the hotel.

Advantages:
- location (very convenient to subway, in the middle of attractions we wanted to visit)
- experience living in small Japanese apartment (all information on devices were in Japanese, but hotel provides English manual)
- very nice staff (we experienced evening Japanese alcohol tasting and staff helped me when I forgot adapted to European electronic charger)
Maybe it would be nice if there were some Japanese snacks, water/drink during check in (just suggestion fur future^^)

Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and amenities were very nice and cosy. Breakfast and dinner was very good, and there are also other options right around the corner that are worth exploring as these are also very nice. Especially the Bank Bankery next to the Stock Exchange offers delicious breakfast delights. Located close to Nihombashi tube station provides an excellent starting point to explore Tokyo.
