Superb Japanese hotel with premium facilities and premium service. Everybody was very welcoming - they also changed and proposed another room as per our request (we wanted non smoking instead of smoking). SPA is very good. Location is really good in order to understand that Tokyo is not only crowded city, but has other really nice neighbourhoods with really good restaurants. Metro is not faw away and all main districts are reachable easily. Concierges do their job perfectly. We have ordered babysitting service for our kid and it was perfectly executed.

Yes we stayed here and the service was amazing. The rooms are awesome. Just the right size. Laundry facilities next to ours. Breakfast in a cafe near by with a robotic cat. Just got to see it. All the products you need and toothbrush shaver etc tea coffee making facilities. A desk.
