All the basic facilities were there, very clean on arrival. The surrounding area is really nice and is close to the station. Rooms were very spacious and beds were comfy to sleep on. Highly recommended

Sympathetic and really helpful host! He gave us lot of indication around the house to not get lost with the equipment with non-japanese people. During the stay, he was actively responding to messages when I was sending one. The appartment is located at 15 min of the Akabane Station, which has a lot of connection to visit Tokyo (direct to Shibuya or Akihabara for example). It helps a lot to not spend that much in transport during the stay.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip - on the 8th and 4th floor. The room was very clean. I especially liked the floor-to-ceiling window in front of the washbasin - it’s very cool to wake up and brush your teeth with a view of the city. In addition to cleanliness, I would also like to note the soundproofing - we never heard our neighbors. The bed is comfortable, the shower products are high quality, and the hotel also provides a women's bath access, but we did not use it. The lighting in the room is also very pleasant, and you can connect to the TV using your phone and stream YouTube or Netflix. The hotel's location is perfect, a 1-minute walk from the station! Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven convenience stores, as well as Don Quijote, are also located near the hotel. I also liked that the hotel has a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. The staff is very responsive!

This hotel is lcated about a three minute walk from Akabane Station, 2 minutes from a Family Mart and 5 minutes from a 7 Eleven. Its very clean and check in and check out was very easy. The staff were really nice and everything was very organised. Great hotel for the price. We stayed in a room with a large double bed (two adults and a ten year old) and found we had plenty of room to sleep (at first we were a little worried we would be cramped in the one bed).
