One of the greatest resort stays! The location is very beautiful, the resort is. Very clean, comfortable and offers a huge variety of additional complimentary services! We enjoyed everything! The resort provide free drinks, ice popsicles after hot onsen, sake tasting! The yukatas were very pretty and comfortable, not to mention fun to wear :) The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time! We were very happy to enjoy a beautiful private open air onsen, it was a very memorable experience!

Writing this after coming back from Japan. Mozumo is the one place that made my trip 10 times better. Beyond the facilities and the insanely good food, It felt so special. Bear in mind this place is not for everybody as their checkin and eating times are very restrictive (because It's private setting), but I'm telling you It's all worth It. From the high-end van they picked me up with from the station to the huge room, the Michelin star food, the private onsen in the room, everything was magical. There is only one warning, try to be there while there is still snow and It's still cold, otherwise the onsen is gonna be way too hot. I was here alone, but can't think of a better place to stay with your partner for a cozy weekend too. One last thing: meals are served on a private setting (not a restaurant), and I had the most magical view of the snow while dinning and having breakfast. Unforgettable.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The food was just incredible, the best we had during our entire trip.

The view was great, the beds were comfy, they gave us tickets to go to the main onsen which was amazing and they even rented us some snow shoes to go walking around the ski resort. Nice place to stay I recommend and I would come again.

Extremely nice experience in this magnificent onsen hotel. The snowy outdoors onsen was just a dream today. Very very nice buffet for dinner so definitely can recommend getting that option. Room did not have a toilet though. Food is fresh and good. Plenty options without being huge. Super nice amenities on the onsen.

The breakfast was traditional Japanese. There were foods I had never eaten before.it was beautiful. Beautifully presented. The staff were very helpful and explained what every dish was.the breakfast had local produce.
