Location was great. Entrance to subway literally a doorstep away, just round the corner. Many eateries nearby. If willing to walk, Odori area is only a 10 min walk away. Accommodation was spacious. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Enough beds for 10 comfortably. Kitchen was well-equipped. Board games and foosball table are nice touches.
