Basically, everything is perfect. It met my expectations. Location is convenient (walking distance to subway, JR Umeda) along the way there are shops, eating places, etc. Lawson and 7-11 are nearby. Housekeeping is very professional. Staff are very helpful despite their fact that they don't really speak English, but their service is good. I definitely will go back to this hotel. Thank you so much to the staff and housekeepers!

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing.
Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like.
Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

Property is soo pretty and perfectly located. Just follow the markings to reach property reception.
We didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t comment on that but everything else seems to be worked out just fine.

The hotel was clean and fully equipped. There was free coffee in the morning with standard taste and afternoon snacks with various kinds of drinks provided near the lobby available for all guests. For dinner, some Japanese meal was also provided for free.
Onsen on 18th floor was good and there was massage machine for all guests too.
Nearest metro is only 180m away from the hotel.
Next time that we are back to Osaka, we will be here again.
