Basically, everything is perfect. It met my expectations. Location is convenient (walking distance to subway, JR Umeda) along the way there are shops, eating places, etc. Lawson and 7-11 are nearby. Housekeeping is very professional. Staff are very helpful despite their fact that they don't really speak English, but their service is good. I definitely will go back to this hotel. Thank you so much to the staff and housekeepers!

The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing.
Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like.
Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel in Osaka! The skyline view from my room was absolutely breathtaking and made my evening special. The onsen in the hotel was a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring – so serene and well-maintained. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to all the best spots in Osaka. It wasn't s0 hard to find as the hotel was in the station itself. The staff were also accommodating to us and helped us when we asked questions. They also assisted and provided the needs that we requested for and the cleanliness of the rooms were superb!
