Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing.
Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like.
Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

First timer to Osaka, 2 adults with a 6yo child, stayed 8D7N in Ibis Umeda Hotel. The hotel location is what we like the most, easy access to Kansai airport limousine bus station, walking distance to JR Osaka Station and Osaka Metro Umeda station. Best of all, underground has variety of restaurants and shopping mall interconnected. The room is clean and comfortable as well.

What a gem, in the centre of this trendy area of Osaka. We loved the elegance of the whole building. The rooms were totally stunning. The old fashioned lifts were from another era, but fun to ride in. Plus, how many hotels have their own wedding chapel within the open courtyard area? The breakfast room was a stunning place to enjoy the wonderful breakfast.
