We really enjoyed this hotel. Thank you for making our anniversary a memorable stay. The welcome note, cookies and heart shaped towels were a nice touch. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was great near the station. Our stay was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding staff: Rie (pronounced Rea) at the breakfast buffet, Emiko and Miho at the front desk.

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing.
Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like.
Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

This was a spacious and comfortable hotel room, especially compared to others we stayed in in Japan. The location makes it an excellent base for experiencing the big city excitement of Osaka and daytripping to Kyoto, Nara, Kobe, etc. by train.

The location is perfect, around 10-min walk from the Osaka train station and less than 5min away from the nearest metro station.
The room is pretty standard for a Japanese business hotel, it's small (but big enough for one person), very clean, the towels get changed daily (the staff leaves them hanging on the doorknob). I got a room on the 28th floor and the view was amazing!
The staff is kind and speaks English, and you also get a complimentary bottle of water.
