Property is soo pretty and perfectly located. Just follow the markings to reach property reception.
We didn’t eat in the restaurant so can’t comment on that but everything else seems to be worked out just fine.

The hotel was clean and fully equipped. There was free coffee in the morning with standard taste and afternoon snacks with various kinds of drinks provided near the lobby available for all guests. For dinner, some Japanese meal was also provided for free.
Onsen on 18th floor was good and there was massage machine for all guests too.
Nearest metro is only 180m away from the hotel.
Next time that we are back to Osaka, we will be here again.

Nice room with 4 comfortable beds. (We traveled with 2 adults & 2 children (9 & 13). Nice breakfast buffet included. Conveniently located at 10 min walk from Osaka station and Umeda Sky building. Luggage storage is an option.
