The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station. The room was, quiet, very clean and really comfortable, with great views of the city skyline. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of foods. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We appreciated a lot the fact that they offered a gift for my husband's birthday (nice chocolates and a bottle of wine). We really felt welcomed.

Close to Osaka Station within the Umeda business district.Plenty of swanky department stores in easy reach. The Ignite Cafe on the ground floor has a good salad bar. The hotel staff are professional and switched on. We booked a twin room with a view of the city. It was roomy and comfortable. The cocktail Bar near reception has a great view and was a nice spot for a negroni. If I was ever to revisit Osaka I would stay here again.

Unbeatable location, at the very center of Umeda, walking distance to Osaka Station. You can find almost everything around the area: convinient stores, shops, restaurants, transportation. Very friendly and helpful staff, the front desk staff helped us with sending luggages to our Kyoto hotel, she took care of everything - measuring/weighing the suicases, calculate rate, filling out forms, confirming with the receiving hotel by phone (this might be a standard process in Japan but I was still wowed by the level of details and care she took, loved it). We also enjoyed the view from the window.

Simply awesome! Staff were super friendly and helpful, even though they did not use English in other places than reception. Breakfast has a wide, mind-blowing selection of traditional Japanese food (staff at the restaurant helped me prepare my noodles! =D) and also a good amount of western options.
