Basically, everything is perfect. It met my expectations. Location is convenient (walking distance to subway, JR Umeda) along the way there are shops, eating places, etc. Lawson and 7-11 are nearby. Housekeeping is very professional. Staff are very helpful despite their fact that they don't really speak English, but their service is good. I definitely will go back to this hotel. Thank you so much to the staff and housekeepers!

Excellent room, great location and great staff all across the hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the facilities in the hotel were great. We loved dining at Pierre and the drinks at Adee. Front desk people were so helpful. Planning to stay there again when I'm back in Osaka.

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing.
Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like.
Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
