We loved x3 the hotel . I had very little expectation from the hotel (was just looking for somewhere to rest whilst in Osaka), so this made the experience much better.
Location: The hotel is right above the train station which made commute very easy.
View: it was an excellent view of the city from the 32nd floor especially at night (free of charge) . I think the building is even higher than the Umeda sky building . I particularly loved seeing the trains coming in and out of the station. Stunning
Food : Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. We really enjoyed the meals
Room : The hotel is modern in design and we loved the furniture . The rooms are not too big but the room look quite spacious by maximising the space . Things are tucked away in cupboards so the room looks simple and not too busy. The toilet is very modern. Bed was very soft and so we slept like babies . I have read about people being affected by the noise from outside but this was not an issue for us. we were not disturbed by any noise.
Overall - It is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I have stayed in a number of hotels . Again, having little expectations was one if the major factors for this. The staff were very polite and helpful .
Kudos to whoever designed the hotel and the rooms - we think you did a fantastic job.
On the last day , we had to wait a few minutes for a table for breakfast on Sunday morning but I excused this by understanding that just like me, a lot of people will return to the hotel . The staff did their best to manage the situation.
We will not hesitate to book this hotel if we come again to Osaka.
* This was a personal experience and I do not like hyping/praising things so that people are not disappointed due to their expectations . So my advice would be that if you are looking at booking the hotel based on this review , then do so with an open mind and not have high expectations. More importantly , just try to enjoy your stay*

Very clean and wonderful facilities, the pillows were so comfortable, staff were excellent the breakfast was delicious, very close to Osaka Station. The gym was fully equipped with weights machines and cardio equipment. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by

Housekeeping Was very nice. They are hardworking and so kind. They deserve a 13th month pay and a 2months bonus for their hard-works. Breakfast was nice. Front desk were nice also even though someone torn my wife’s passport but they paid for it and I highly appreciate all the front desk staff.
