The hotel is located in a quieter part of Umeda which I prefer but surprisingly is within short walking distance to the Osaka & Umeda train stations as well as the commercial area. Standard fares such as Family Mart and Starbucks are just by the hotel. There are a number of second-hand stores one street away. Great and reasonably-priced restaurants serving all kinds of authentic Japanese dishes are next door. Moreso, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are big -- total of about 40 sqm -- much bigger than the usual Japanese hotel. It comes with superb bathroom toiletries not usually offered by even other 5-star hotels and for the ladies, the room comes with a powerful hairdryer. A favorite amenity is their yukata or pajamas. Needless to say, staff hospitality and service is superb in the way that the Japanese are known for.

The room was well-maintained and offers a fantastic view of the city. The amenities, the toiletries are one of a kind. The best thing I love was that the room smelled so clean and it was really neat and super tidy. The place can be easily accessed and is near to mamy restaurants and shops. This hotel deserves a 5-Star rating. The staff were so accommodating and helpful at all times.

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing.
Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like.
Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

The rooms are small, but really functional with a bath tube and shower apart from the bathroom. The bed is excellent and the blakout at the big window is perfect. The breakfast is delicious, but be aware it finishes at 9:30am. The service is outstanding. There is coffee, tea and amenities available at the lobby, including an excellent skin care set. The hotel is inside a huge commercial complex that includes many stores, restaurants and services. There is even a soccer court and a special area for barbecue! It worth to reserve one full day for shopping and walking around the facilities.

Well appointed hotel and very centrally located in Umeda with easy access to the Airport Limousine buses. The rooms were very nice and spacious relative to some other rooms in Japan. Breakfast was good and well managed. The service was on point, they had all our details together and connected us to our courier serviced bags without asking us a question.
