The location is placed at a very convenient area, near entertainment center. Brand new hotel which serves best services, nice attitude from managers to staffs. They’re always looking for a way improvement, especially while we’ve stayed at 12F the guy who could speak very well at English, on beside of way carefully cleaning our room made us pleased, was guided us enthusiastic what to do and where to go around, really appreciate it. Hopefully, see you soon back.

Namba station exit 12 brought is straight to hotel and that was really unexpected 😀 and we didnt have to cross the road etc.
Complete amenities in the bathroom.
And family mart is in the building bery convenient .
Short walk to Dotonburi.
And will surely consider staying here again if there is an opportunity to visit Osaka.

The location was fantastic. It was close to a lot facilities (malls, shops, restaurants, convenience stores) and easy access to the metro. A lot of tourist attractions are also within walking distance.
