Very convenient lication. Very nice staff. Drinks bar is excellent, aswell as having dinner tables and comfortable seating. Room was spacious, and finally a proper hairdryer.
Staff drove us to the bus station, very much appreciated as we didn’t have to walk with the huge suitcases. If I am back in Osaka, I’ll definitely stay there again.

The location was exceptionally good. Right in the centre of everything. Within walking distance to the famous Dotonbori and NAMBA station. The receptionist were super friendly and helpful. The amenities were superb.

The staffs are very helpful, the hotel has everything we could ask for. They have umbrellas provided during rainy days which is super helpful. Free breakfast, free Nintendo games at the lobby, free karaoke room, free sake and drinks, free afternoon tea. Ample amenities that exceed my expectation. Very close to metro, too convenient.

Location is the best, in the hearth of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi Osaka. The staff are amazing and very helpful, thanks to Ms. Sato and Mr. Dimas who helped us with our left behind luggage arrangement. Room also big and the hotel is near to all amenities.
