The hotel is really well located, a few streets away from one of the best areas in Osaka. The rooms are so comfortable and luxurious. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The massage chair and the free drinks in the lobby are great, as well as the laundry facilities.

I really loved how spacious the room was. It had its own bathroom and an awesome view of the river. There was plenty of room to stash our bags too. Despite being in a super touristy spot, I had a great night without any outside noise. They even hooked us up with yukatas, which my brother and husband totally rocked for a dip in the onsen. What I also adored was the traditional Japanese vibe of the place.
Wish I could've stayed longer and soaked in that view from the room.

Great room size for Japan. Clean, well stocked room with plenty of little accessories and creams
Very quiet room. Free drinks and snacks 24/7 in lobby and while common to have "help yourself" areas in Japan, earbuds, razors, toothbrushes etc, this one had around 50 different items to choose from, face masks etc.

If you are looking for a Ryokan at the centre of Osaka - this is the best place! I really enjoyed the retro vibe of the facility. Just what I was looking for. Also great public bath with hot tub and a sauna.
The location is also the best since you can see the Dotombori district out of your window. Surprisingly I didn’t hear any loud noises during the night so I enjoyed the sleep.

Wonderful property that has a 24 hour free coffee/tea/hot chocolate, cold beverages and small snacks in the lobby for the inhouse guest. Best free amenities like face wash and hair gel for men, etc. Breakfast was good as well with local specialities freshly cooked. Great location.
