Awesome & supportive managers, good size clean room, 24/7 (1-hour cleaning incl) onsen!!!, breakfast, nice location, and pick-up service from/to the welcome center on your arrival/departure!!
Defintely come back here in 2025!!

Amazing complementary breakfast buffet. Location is perfect for those spending time on slopes. Renting snow gear is easy and staff is super friendly. One of the best places I have stayed at ever, period.

Our stay at Chatrium Niseko was fantastic. Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

Great lodge, good facilities and comfy room. Awesome staff, great for a chat and very knowledgeable about the local area. Top notch breakfast fry up. Really enjoyable stay. 10/10 would stay again.

Amazing high end accommodation located just a minute ride from the gondola parking lot. An amazing property, with beautiful common space. The property is surrounded by trees in a very quiet and serene part of town. Parking is provided nearby less than 1 minute walk away from the property. The interior is all high end, luxurious materials, beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and amazing bed sheets/pillows. It was indeed an amazing stay.
