It is a superb hotel. Everything was just immaculate. The proximity to the slope, beautiful extra clean and comfortable rooms with gigantic beds, great onsen, ski concierge, very friendly and helpful staff... I hope to be back.

Our stay at Chatrium Niseko was fantastic. Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

The lodge is very nice and in an excellent location. Chad and his family are very welcoming and friendly able to create a very homely and welcoming environment.

Food: many kinds of food, like coffee, eggs, etc. And you can also do self-service Location: Only 200 meters (I think) away from Niseko grand Hirafu, it's easy to get my destination. Staff: The lord lady is very patient and I am appreciate that she waited us until 12:00 pm. We also had nice talks about life, playing and works. Facilities: Ski room, natural indoor hot spring, everything you need.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Full team is outstandingly nice and helpful, amenities are beautiful and food is excellent. Definitely one of the best venues we stayed in so far (also compared to classics like Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton)

The hotel had excellent facilities for ski gear storage and rooms were laid out well with a great amount of storage space for personal belongings. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Niseko Park Hotel boasts ski-to-door access from Niseko Ski Resport, a 3-minute walk away. It offers a public bath and Japanese-style and Western rooms.

The location was strategic and a short walk to Grand Hirafu and near the eateries and convenient stores. Value for money and clean hotel. We love the breakfast especially the fresh buns :)
