Very convenient location and very good facilities. I was especially grateful for the special shuttle arrangement made for me by the helpful staff after a huge JR signal problem caused hours of delay and cancellation of numerous trains.

They have prepared our breakfast in the refregirator, though it was not included in the pack. The room was structured well to give us home like feeling. It was an exceptional stay.

Amazing complementary breakfast buffet. Location is perfect for those spending time on slopes. Renting snow gear is easy and staff is super friendly. One of the best places I have stayed at ever, period.

Great friendly staff always willing to help. Onsen was a nice touch. Relatively close to the slopes but in a quiet location.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Full team is outstandingly nice and helpful, amenities are beautiful and food is excellent. Definitely one of the best venues we stayed in so far (also compared to classics like Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton)
