My stay here was very comfortable, and the amenities had everything I needed.
They also provided free breakfast with coffee and croissants, which was a nice touch. The whole environment was clean and cozy, and the front desk staff were very nice.
I stayed in a single room this time — the space was just right and convenient enough to open my suitcase fully. The location is great, only about a 6-minute walk to Kokusai Street, and it’s fairly quiet at night. Although my neighbor snored loudly, using earplugs solved the problem.
What impressed me the most was the front desk staff’s kindness. They helped me contact the bus company in Haneda when I lost my phone, and since I’m not a native Japanese speaker, their assistance with communication meant so much to me. Thanks to them, I was able to recover my phone once I got back to Tokyo.
I met three different staff members during my stay, and all of them were very helpful and supportive. I couldn’t be more grateful.
I’ll definitely choose this place again the next time I visit Okinawa!

The staff of the hotel is very welcoming and we were very happy to discover upon our arrival that the room offers complementary food and drink some of which are replentished for free every day. The room we were in was very comfortable and luxurious, complete with a bath tub and a very big bathroom. The view was also very nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is quite close a stop of the monorail that goes through Naha and also to a promient bus stop used by organized tours.

Spacious, clean and had almost everything. Appliances, bath and toilet were nice and new. Lots of little extras and having a nice hot bath was excellent after a long day.
It was a very pleasant stay and the air conditioning was perfect. Easy to get into the room and fuss free.
