We had a great stay at The Collective. We wished to extend our stay for +2days however the hotel was already fully booked. The staff were great and helped us to extend our car rental.
The room was very comfy, the location super convenient and the breakfast superb.

We had an interconnected room. The hotel is lovely and well designed. The rooms are able to block the light which I appreciated. The shower had amazing pressure and amenities were appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We did not use the breakfast or the lounge facilities so I am not able to comment on it. The laundry was accessible and washing and drying of clothes was easy. English instructions would be a great idea for travelers.

Lovely clean modern room with everything you need for a family . Perfect location a few minutes walk to local monorail station and 10 minutes easy walk to the main shopping street of Naha .
Hosts were so lovely and let us drop our bags early .

We were on the 4th floor, and there was no elevator. Yoshi was so kind to help me carry my big luggage to our room. The room was very clean. The duvet was very cozy and comfortable. I want to know where I can purchase the duvet cover 😃

I absolutely loved the experience and can’t wait to go back! The staff were super attentive, and the place provides pajamas, towels, toothbrushes, and even skincare products. Everything was perfect—the location is excellent, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the whole place was spotless, well-organized, and beautifully decorated. I also felt completely safe since it’s women-only. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent. Very near the airport and also perfectly located for local transport links. Lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Very quiet and clean room, very helpful staff. Also walking distance to some beautiful historical and spiritual sites.

Spacious, clean and had almost everything. Appliances, bath and toilet were nice and new. Lots of little extras and having a nice hot bath was excellent after a long day.
It was a very pleasant stay and the air conditioning was perfect. Easy to get into the room and fuss free.

Really convenient booking and check-in system through locked box. The host is super responsive, as we booked on the day and were able to check-in right away! The place is lovely traditional Japanese town house, with two bathrooms, and sleeps 8-10 people. It has everything you need if you want to cook yourself, but also really close to all the restaurants and shopping on Kokusa-dori, which has wonderful food options.
Feels like a hidden gem - would definitely recommend.
