Location was great, convenient and close to Sakae Station. Room was very well made and very clean, and even quite big for a Japanese hotel room. Staff were very helpful with storing luggage.

First of all, I would like commend this hotel's staff, especially the tall man with grey hair (I am so sorry I didn't get your name). He was SOOOOOOOO helpful with our airport transfer dilemma (there was a miscommunication with another staff regarding Yamato Luggage service and we ended up having supposed to bring 5 BIG LUGGAGES to Chubu Centrair). He assisted us in booking a taxi from the hotel going to the airport. He even assisted us loading our luggages to the taxi. And true to Japan's hospitality, he and another staff waited for us to drive away and bowed. So, ARIGATO GOZAIMASU to you sir.

The location easy walk less than 5 mins to subway at exit 8 with elevator. The free coffee & amenities bar at reception. A convenience store nearby the hotel. The hotel is so new and the bed is comfortable. I'll stay there again if I visit Nagoya.
