The breakfast was incredible! We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip.
Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.

Its close to everything. Just a few minute walk to shopping centers, train station, restaurants and its so accessible. Its our second time to stay here. If we come back to nagoya, we will still choose to stay in this hotel.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Best of all the hotels we stayed in during our 3 week trip. Surprisingly big room and beds were big enough for two adults, a six year old and a 2 year old.
Staff was extremely nice - we arrived with very tired kids half an hour before check in time and they allowed us to check in ASAP. We didn't expect or demand that and were extremely grateful!
Breakfast did not have a huge variety but sufficient and tasty for us.
Cosy pyjamas.
Modern bathroom with nice shower.
Blackout jalousie - great for travelling with kids because the rooms get really dark.
