The breakfast was incredible! We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip.
Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.

Good facilities and helpful staff. Stayed here once before and will stay here in the future too. So close to the city and underground shopping district, connected to anywhere you want to go in Nagoya with the Hisaya-odori or Higashiyama line. Classic hotel.
